The shocking results of nearly all disaster incidents can be attributed to negligence of the responsible managers and severe mistakes in risk management. This suggests a high estimated number of unreported cases.

It is only right that the liability regulations have been tightened in Germany over the last few years: Now, in a limited liability company, the operative agents are liable for the safety of their staff and the continuity of business.

Everyone in an executive position is legally obligated to make risks transparent in advance and develop strategies for reducing potential dangers.
